Metzger Meadows is located in the City of Basehor, Kansas. Basehor, a town rich in heritage, has recently been named one of the Top 5 Fastest Growing Cities in Kansas.

Metzger Meadows is walking distance from both the beautiful city park and the elementary schools. Basehor has an award-winning school system, with USD 458 receiving the "Standard of Excellence Award".

Metzger Meadows will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 will contain 14 lots and will be finished by Spring 2006. Phase 2 will contain 13 lots and will be completed by late Spring or early Fall 2006. Construction began September 2005.
